(FWI Policy Brief) The International Guidelines on HIV/AIDS and Human Rights extend far beyond internationally recognized human rights and seek to impose controversial policies that would weaken the institution of the family. Ironically, the Guidelines recommend protecting behaviors that actually fuel the AIDS epidemic.
