Dear Supporters of the Family,
We are very pleased to report that Utah legislators did the right thing! They protected Utah girl athletes and made sure sex is defined biologically by overriding Gov. Cox’s veto of H.B. 11!
The House voted 56-18 and the Senate voted 21-8 to override the veto.
Many thanks to all of you who signed on to the petition and made your voices heard! The signatures were delivered to legislators at the Utah capitol.
Thanks are also in order for the many legislators who voted to protect girls’ sports and thus locker room privacy.
Please contact your legislator and thank them for doing the right thing by overriding the veto of H.B. 11 and protecting girls!
